This document would seem to confirm that Percy was posted to 49Sqn following the end of WW1.

Other sections of his records shows that he was passed "fit as pilot" in September 1917.

He also had "a good knowledge of internal combustion engines, 8 months in France as a MT driver in RFC" and that he was a "machine draughtsman by trade".
