31st July 1918:
2/Lt R Kelly was uninjured when the DH9 (serial D3046) flown by 2/Lt Renshaw crashed at Moissy-Cramayel.
8th August 1918:
Wounded and made a PoW while flying as an Observer in DH9 (serial C6110) when bombing Bethencourt Bridge.
The pilot, Lt HP Mallett was also wounded and made a PoW.
