27th July 1918:
Crashed during a practice flight with 2/Lt S T Franks flying DH9 serial D7222.
3rd September 1918:
A DH9 (serial D3269) flown by 2/Lt B G Pool and Sgt R A Campbell was hit by AA fire over Douai and crashed on return to base.
Both crewmen were reported uninjured but other records indicate that, at some point, 2/Lt Pool was wounded in action.
4th November 1918:
2/Lt McKinty was reported OK when his DH9 (serial F1144) crashed on take off. He was heading for the Symphorien airfield.
His Observer, Sgt R A Campbell was also reported OK.
However, both aircrew were "Posted out" on this day.
