Flew 24 Hampden operations with 49Sqn.........mostly with pilot Sgt Terry Freeman.

Hampden AE132 was lost on the 12th February 1942.
Sgt Bush was killed on the 27th May 1943 whilst flying with 105Sqn.
The Mosquito squadron was tasked with bombing the Zeiss optical works at Jena.
F/O Bush is buried in the Bath (Haycombe) Cemetery.
