19th August 1918:
Lt E R Wallington was uninjured when his DH9 (serial D1715) was suffered engine failure over Etricourt. The aircraft crashed and burned out.
His Observer, 2/Lt J D Hall was also uninjured.
16th September 1918:
A DH9 (serial E667) flown by Lt Wallington with Sgt Potter (ground staff) crashed on landing following an air test.
Both cremen were reported uninjured.
