Aircraft DH 4 serial C4501 (Fiat 4) was lost on operations against Bray on 28/3/18.
Pilot 2/Lt Guy S. Stewart was killed whilst Observer Lt D.D. Richardson was taken POW.
Both crew members had a lucky escape on the 6th March 1918 when their DH4 (serial A7861) crashed on take off for a photo reconnaissance operation.
